I was interviewed by C³offee Magazine about my past depression experience and how I placed in 3rd in World Cup Tasters Champ.

Cupping is like a journey, you need to take it slowly, carefully and properly. With someone to guide you through, you will find cupping very interesting.

According to research recently reported in The Times, the UK is heading for a coffee-serving crisis, demand for posh coffee having soared to such an extent that over the next six years we are going to need 40,000 extra baristas.

You won't become a superstar and be showered with products. I am like Cinderella, life is still the same afterwards, and I still have to lift coffee sacks in the roastery.
